   Text of New York's COVID vaccine executive order is out.

   - It allows physicians and nurses to prescribe vaccines to anyone 3 & over
   - It expands pharmacists’ authority to administer vaccines to children under 18
   - For the first time pharmacists can prescribe vaccines off-label to anyone 3 & over

     New York's COVID vaccine executive order will essentially allow all New Yorkers, regardless of age or underlying conditions, to receive a COVID vaccine at any pharmacy, despite greater restrictions at federal level.

     It is active for 30 days, allowing time for more permanent legislation to be passed.

     people have no idea how rare it is for the governor of New York to issue an executive order; ESPECIALLY for something like vaccines. am not talking about Hozschul either, am talking about the office of the governor.

     this is truly unprecedented and yet more evidence the #GOP #MAGA #neoconfederacy have used access to health care ―starting with #abortion― as the cleaver for breaking the federal Union.

     this is a civil war by public health policy and there’s no other way to say it.
