     @Rocket it's like I was saying - if a company wants legal immunity for a vaccine, they should provide it at no financial benefit - should be simple if it is that good.
     
     If it's an established vaccine, the risk profile should be known and you should be able to charge based on risk to company.

     @sickburnbro Delegate to doctors and parents. Also end all of the programs that give doctors and hospitals kickbacks for pushing vaccines. If the vaccines are that great, it shouldn't be difficult to convince doctors to recommend them.
