     I set up my qwerty on my 8" laptop to imitate an akai apc mini mk2 in bitwig using an i3 mode, sendmid, snd_vrtmidi, and a bash script.

     @Humpleupagus @Wrest I don't like i3 and those other window managers. It's hard to focus with those; hence, why I prefer Gnome.

     I have five monitors on my home office computer, so everything is full screen, not split, so it works. Plus, it's handy because I rarely have to touch a mouse, and I've fully integrated ranger as a driver for opening files on any workspace using i3-msg and nohup and xdg-open or nvim.
