   When you want a space for a group to communicate and interact which is better, Slack or Discord? I use both but not sure which is better. I know Discord has voice chat? Feature but other than that what’s the difference?

     @Yukari I'm an outlier, but I don't like either because of accessibility reasons which is why I use Matrix, but it's an open product and doesn't quite have the polish that either Slack or Discord have (both have voice chat).

     @foervraengd ok. So if you want more casual group of friends discord might be better suited? I use them both but not often and just using them as my work/hobby community asked to use them

     @Yukari slack has voice chat but it cost money :p. slack is more designed for online work spaces while discord originates from gamer culture of needing a group chat with friends.
