   @LukefromDC @jeneralist @Impossible_PhD This is absolutely a big obstacle to a lot of people getting the vaccine, but knowing the details of what they've done to take it helps us reduce spread (getting people who do have doctors to request it) and informs how we can further protect people in the absence of political change (pressure pharmacies to offer it off-label or without checking and just allowing patients to self-certify that they qualify for guidelines).

     @LukefromDC @jeneralist @Impossible_PhD Folks just despairing at "they've taken away our covid vaccines" just leads to more covid. We need people to be well-informed about how to navigate this regime's malice to protect ourselves and each other.

     @dalias @LukefromDC @jeneralist The guidelines explicitly allow self-certification at the pharmacy for many conditions, including high blood pressure, being low activity, and mood disorders.

     This streamlines a lot.
