     Went on my first #bicycle ride since recovering from #COVID and my lung capacity still hasn't returned. Sustained hill climbs left me feeling like throwing up (legs were fine)! :blobfoxsad: #cycling

     @tk first few weeks afterwards was hell for me too. i have never had to take a breathing break on the 1 km walk home from work, but after i had covid, it was impossible to get home without one. 6 months later and i am almost back to normal capacity.
     
     hope you get your lung capacity back soon
