     That doesn't mean they won't try.

     The process is the punishment. They can arrest her and hold her without bail for a year before it comes to trial.

     If she hasn't left MN yet, now is the time.

     On a plain read of the hate crime statute, it doesn't seem to be a way they can enhance this with a hate crime charge.
