adequately imperfect
@mjdigspigs @Turkleton @KK954 @Grumbleshroom This is what I'm working with currently. 4g carbs in one piece, but if im having one after lunch or one as a bedtime treat and if that is the extent to which I'm eating sugar, it's not going to having any ill effect on my long term health. I prefer candied ginger, but I can stash these everywhere. Fantastic at calming an upset stomach and calming a bought of dizziness if its related to blood sugar or nausea. -

@mjdigspigs @Turkleton @KK954 @Grumbleshroom Chimes ginger chews are my favorite but gin gins are ok too. I buy mine off Amazon because the local stores only sell prince of peace. Candied ginger is even better, but i haven't found any individually wrapped ones. -

@Turkleton @KK954 @Grumbleshroom @mjdigspigs I do ginger chews to curb the sweet tooth, and they're great for upset stomach and sudden blood sugar drops. I carry them whenever I run now and alway have a couple in my car and office. -

@KK954 @Grumbleshroom @mjdigspigs Yeah I'm doing really good about staying away from sugar except I had a roots beer float the other day haha I felt kinda gross after drinking it. Like it gave me a weird sugar hangover hahaha -

Cashews, hard boiled eggs, what else...... Something you can basically nibble on all day that has a lot of protein. You want to try and avoid sugary as much as possible. -

@KK954 @mjdigspigs Nap helped. I just felt really gross for a little while there. I did one immunotherapy and one chemo so far but on the 28th I get to do a 48 hour one where I take it home in a black canvas bag and it hooks up to my port thing. I will drink one of these things cool things Tyler and Madison sent me 😌 AlabasterBrick ?☠️ likes this. -

I worried you hadn't been eating. What described sounds a lot like my diabetic hypos when they come on fast. I'm glad you are feeling better mate, do look after yourself.

How many chemos have you done so far? Did they give you Neulasta? Light headed and pouring sweat may be an electrolyte imbalance too, I would eat some salty foods.
Whatever it is, if this lasts til the morning or starts getting worse you call the doctor ASAP.
PS, I only say that about the electrolyte imbalance because I tend to get those symptoms during the summer. I don't add salt to anything and in the summer I try to drink plenty of water, which can throw your body off. I take a couple of salt tablets everyday in the summer.
But that is only a guess, if you get worse, call the doctor or go to the ER. -
