   These are two of my characters. The slender one is Nicholas Freeman, and the six-foot-tall dude is Gerald Hughes. They are both heroes of my fantasy world, where people have magic, only in a more physical context. I decided to call it bionergy. Nick and Gerald are both pediatric cardiac surgeons. Nick has lightning bionergy, and Gerald has fire bionergy. And accordingly, they use this magic in their work. I don’t really like how Nicholas’s face turned out here, but this is an old piece of art, I was just starting to experiment with his image here. They are both friends in the canon setting. But there is a nuance. Gerald is gay and in canon he is in love with Nick. But Nicholas is heterosexual and has a girlfriend. Something like that. But here I want to have some fun for myself and, among other things, draw an alternative reality, where Nicholas and Gerald could have a relationship.
