     For those who don't know, Dobson was the shitstain propagandist and hatemonger behind Focus On The Family from the 70s on - he helped shape or started modern christian reactionary bullshit - from conversion therapy and blocking AIDs research to wanting a roll back to 1950s (or 1850s) for Civil Rights (esp women's rights)

     His legacy is domestic violence, abortion clinic bombings, and inciting violence against anyone different from his pasty white ass.

     I hope he rots in his own hell.

     I was forced to go to the.. fuck I wanna say the 'Falls Creek Fish Fry' - it was a yearly southern baptist retreat for the leadership wanking each other off or some such bullshit - and a Focus on the Family guest speaker was there to talk to all the teens being held hostage by their parents.

     It was the most hate-filled screed I'd ever heard. Oh, it was polite, well spoken, in that friendly way - but they hated everything. From music to women to Dems. It was barely disguised kkk indoctrination.

     Dobson did that.

     He got his fellow christians to terrorize two or three generations of queer kids to never speak out in new and terrible ways.

     He trapped literally thousands, if not millions, of women in abusive marriages because of guilt tripping, gaslighting and threats, disguised as 'family counseling'.

     He dressed christian hate in suits and ties, and used psychological and medical terms to hide his agenda. Which was anti-science, anti-women, anti-everything that didn't come from his god.
