     You would boost the same sentiment if I had said "All Americans" because it was said in the same exact manner.

     Are ALL Americans racist? Of course not, but the vast majority of them hold racist views and don't mind sharing those views openly.

     Education in the US is bad, therefore all americans are dumb, so are you, meaning whatever you say is dumb.
