   @demallien @zzt Also Yarvin and UrBit. I was first "introduced" to UrBit quite early on, knew enough about PLT to know it was pretty low quality.

   I read some other parts of the Moldbug blog, got a bad feeling about all of it, but I didn't read enough to find the really truly awful shit, some of which came later.

   He hides his worst takes via a simply enormous quantity of words.

     @leon_p_smith @demallien he’s also gone back and tried to redact a bunch of it, of course — @davidgerard and I dug up the original version of the urbit spec where he’s explicit about its global addressing model being an attempt at implementing neoreaction in software, and I can link the thread if you’re morbidly curious
