1. at the tropics campfire, i run towards a scout cannon i've already placed and light the fuse. i hop into the scout cannon, you can briefly see that i've already placed the empty backpack from the campfire into the cannon. before the fuse burns out, i play dead. as i'm fired from the cannon, the alpine music plays for maybe one second before it suddenly cuts out. i hit a wall made of fog and fall from a great height to the alpine campfire. shortly before i hit the ground, i light the faerie lantern, which lands beside my unconscious body, healing my fall damage until i finally wake up and stumble towards the campfire

  that was tight as fuck considering i actually think this is a really easy day, and i used an exploit to skip literally an entire biome

  1. i beat peak in 0:57:13. on the timeline, there's a sudden spike about halfway through where i shoot up ~830 meters, then fall about half that distance and pass out, but i continue on and win the run
