   Just found out that I'm going to be the only one in the building working on Thursday night because my boss is a retard and scheduled the only two other guys I work with off at the same time.
   Also, one of those guys regularly voluntarily pulls 60+ hour weeks and he has decided he's not coming in for any voluntary overtime anymore because our boss is a retard who, despite relying on this guy to help keep things running smoothly, gave him shit for leaving early on a day he wasn't even scheduled to work.
   Also the whole place is a wreck because my boss is a retard who actively tells us to not do the work that's actually needed to keep things running smoothly.
