Reason number 284738337 why I rarely check out new metal bands and further stray from metal as a whole…the bands and the fan base are problematic as fuck and usually don’t want people like *me* around. And at my age, my patience is essentially gone. I’m very intolerant.

I’m all for music going against societal norms but the second you start throwing marginalized groups under the bus you lose me. Fuck that and fuck anyone who agrees with this nobody.
