@matty @koropokkur @BasedLord @Red_Hat chiropractic is a scam. it's short term relief only, designed to get you on a neverending subscription.
If you want real relief from chronic pain, you need a habit of yoga, a next level body worker, like a rolfer or a craniosacral worker, or even just a decent massage therapist.

Another chest day, witnessing some man twice my size stack one plate, plus like 6 tens on the bar, unrack it, then put it back on before adding more weight. Zero reps done. Just... what?
Edit: I should clarify, he did six actual half reps with one plate, then did what I said above for the rest of his sets.
