   I'm a female CEO & ultimately the decision maker when hiring for high level management & executive positions in the company. I've hired more women for senior positions than men. The simple reason being because men keep ignoring me & talking to my male PA/notetaker in interviews.

     @fesshole there are some conservative men saying a female in a top position has fucked her to the top.

     meanwhile in my career, i have seen only men brown nosing so hard, that i bet they would give a blow job as cis male just for the career.

     as a male, working for female boss is much less drama, change my mind

If he's not then disregard the rest of this ...because if I'm reading this correctly, you're saying that people are more comfortable talking to ppl of their own gender/background/peer/demographic group when they are being judged in an interview? ...and then you're hiring based on who is the same as you?
