     Hosting it? Because they're a library. Libraries censoring content that some find distasteful is a very dark path to walk down. Without learning from history we tend to repeat it, and you can't learn from censored works.

     Better question is why are they promoting it, and the simple explanation is it's almost certainly a new content bot that posts everything. Is that a problem? Maybe so. But never attribute to malice what can easily be explained by stupidity, and bots are not known for being bright.

     imagine if someone had the power and the will to ban your books so that nobody could read them before forming one's own opinions about them
     
     it would then be far too easy to frame someone as a hate-writer, and disappear their writings: nobody could check to say otherwise
     
     does it sound like a world you'd like to live in?
