   Update: things are better. Routine is looking better. Taking better of the chooks and the dogs and the fam. After a very extended hiatus I might be doing irl DnD again, which is good. Doing more gardening (I think I was burned out from a previous project). Work issues are smoothing. I have a stack of books I'm excited read. Church infighting has been resolved and things are moving. Been doing some big thinks, might be making some very substantial life changes.

     Ok, so wot if you were destined to pick up your father's and assume his profession. Take on the family business. But you don't know him, and he hasn't done that job before. Going back five generations we've abandoned the tools. Are you a bad enough dude to awaken the blood memory, reforge the the shattered sword of your ancestors, and turn it into a bayonet so you can deal with the 30-40 wild boars roaming outside your house?

     It’s interesting, people will move for work, or education, or because their home town is boring. But everyone acknowledges that geography determines your likelihood of finding a good wife (simple example: extremely remote town with 3 people). Idk, it’s just one of those things where you’re a “dissident” with banned books and forbidden lore, but you still only have the action space of a normie.

     I think we can be bolder. We can do better lads
