Intel plans to lay off up to 30% of its employees.

@Aether How much of this can be attributed to a shift in architecture towards ARM and the traditional "mobile" vs x86/x64 architecture? I bet a lot. Someone told me the power and memory usage has scaled better on those from the beginning and that's made it more appealing for a lot of reasons. In conversation permalink
