     Medical Marijuana has positive health benefits thanks to the cannibanoid receptors in your brain and the ultimate power of your liver.
     
     Cbd basically super charges cells and has them work at maximum capacity with minimal strain (see cell death)
     
     Cigarettes on the other hand can have some positive health effects such as raising blood pressure levels back to normal for people with low blood pressure but there are better options out there

     They won't let me buy smokes at the drug store.

     Ew...those have been in there for years...those are my emergency smokes. Good luck on that cough 😬
     
     And tell the pharmacist they are medicinal smokes
