I was explaining to someone the long list of things I (and my colleagues) have worked on since ActivityPub (esp with Spritely but not only), and they were like, wow, I only knew about ActivityPub but this is incredible stuff

Then they asked "Does your life feel kind of like being a musician, and you're like, check out my wide body of work, especially the recent stuff, but people keep asking you to play the song you wrote two decades ago they heard in high school"

    Well now it does

@cwebber It's always a good time to check in on someone's new work! You might find you ALSO like the new stuff. This happens to me all the time with music and authors, so why not code creators?

I mean I guess few musicians ever even get to have that one song everyone heard in high school, so, there's only so much I can complain I suppose

      (But I will complain anyway)

@cwebber I got The Flaming Lip's Wayne Coyne to sign a copy of The Day Andy Gibbs Died - which surprised him as that had a run of 300-500 copies (its pre album stuff).

Does anybody ever sniff out your pre Lisp activities?

Surely your hacker crafts podcast with Morgan creates its own bubble of recognition?
