   Democrats need to not bail Republicans out again. When they come asking for legislation to fund closing hospitals, but aren’t willing to undo all of the other damage from this awful budget bill, Dems need to say no. They can reverse the whole thing and pass a clean bill, or they can get fucked and eat their cake.

     @mcnado Offer them one deal: 100% of the new funds allocated to ICE are reappropriated to hospitals and clinics for providing direct care to patients at no cost to them, addressing maintenance backlogs, or doing research.
