     I would constantly overthink it, be trying to balance out the power differential, and be giving money away.

     This is why I am so poor all the time, too. Sociopathic billionaires don't think this way.

     @arisummerland same. In my 20s & 30s I gave away so much money over the years to people who "needed it more than me." Even the times when I was eating ramen stir-fry from Aldi most nights for dinner.

     This isn't a humble-brag, it's a problem. I'm better now, since my hubby is good with money and helps keep me grounded.

     @arisummerland truly, being generous is a curse.

     The whole reason I want to be rich is to redistribute the wealth while being able to love a comfortable life.

     @RamenCatholic Yeah you and I -- same. I did better when somebody else managed the utilities etc. I'm learning not to harm myself by giving everything to others, but it is a lifelong lesson. 😖
