   After the delay, the MOC assumed the facility would be somewhat sanitized, but it was revolting:

   She just visited & came away shivering: "It's 34 people per cage. They drink, brush, & defecate in the same tiny unit. The photos don't come close to the stench.”

     He said the fac has hired 3rd-party private security officers, similar to those hired at concerts.

     The detainees are grouped by color-coded wristbands, some *reportedly being held for minor infractions like traffic tickets,🚨with no criminal history.
