Just spent 40 mins on the phone to my bank trying to find out where the international transfer of €22 (nineteen whole quaint English pounds) I sent two weeks ago.
And apparently it was refused as the account details were wrong (except they weren't) but my bank hasn't bothered to mention that it was refused and are only now going to deign to return it to my account.
It is, I am given to understand, the 21st Century these days.
