   @dangoodin I stopped trusting them when they put out a poorly-designed survey to justify putting an LLM product into Proton Mail and *immediately* rolled out a crypto wallet within a few weeks. Then the CEO went on a public tirade from the company account. That was... fun.

     I'm all for moving off of centralized platforms controlled by broligarchies. That said, how do we know platforms like Proton are any less horrible? Genuine question with no snark intended.
