    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jul/03/us-supreme-court-south-sudan. Utterly disgusting. There is NO WAY South Sudan can possibly be described as a "safe country". This is a flagrant violation of the terms of the 1951 Refugee Convention, to which the US is a party.
