I really want to stop eating plastic, but we're still reliant on 5-gallon water bottles and plastic food containers. 😬 I imagine trying to stop eating so much plastic like trying to stop eating lead in the Roman Empire or post-War Detroit. Heck, I just remembered microplastics in PM2.5 pollution caused by cars. I want out of this ride.

We're eating plastic, drinking plastic, and breathing plastic. The ancients knew lead was bad for them but they just kept using it for their water pipes and their cooking pots. We're a lot like that today with plastic.
