   I've switched to a new brand of ginger tea

   The brand is just whatever ginger is in my supermarket, cut up and with hot water poured over it

     @cwebber best brand. my partner shredded up a bunch of ginger in the food processor and made ginger ice cubes and they are good for this among other things

     The thinner the slices, the more intense the aroma. I also use crushed green cardamom or one or two cloves as an additional addition.
