     @tusharhero @pheonix He seems he didn't even intend to share them with people freely - I believe he was intending to do research on the papers.
     
     JSTOR did not viciously pursue him - they stopped caring when the download was stopped and the copies deleted (as freedom would no longer result) - it was a US public prosecutor that viciously pursued him.
