Now that SCOTUS has crippled the ability of Federal judges to issue blanket injunctions against unconstitutional acts by the government we can anticipate that there have to be many, many, many more individual lawsuits, pretty much one suit per victim of a government policy.

I do hope that lawyers have begun to create a shared repository of text and research that can be updated and evolved as cases succeed or fail.

(Of course there will have to be limited access rights in order to prevent updates by maga-disruptors and leaks to Bimbo Blondi Bondi's D of "justice" staff.)
