Like, I can't stress this enough - this is not a hypothetical; I understand that in America you're used to ppl like me freaking out about what laws and court rulings WOULD allow the government to do, but not necessarily what they will do.

That's not happening here. Immediately after the ruling Trump told you he's going to end birthright citizenship, ban transgender surgeries, redo all the DOGE funding cuts that got blocked, defund sanctuary cities. He said it. Like, he just said it on the news.
