   I mean again, SCOTUS decides what cases to hear.

   So if national injunctions are gone, Trump can ignore the constitution, entirely afaict, except in relation to individual persons actually suing the government. This means there is no constitution for you unless you're suing, or SCOTUS says so.

     So the solution is to take your cases to the Supreme Court right? Well not so fast, because if Roberts wants to let Trump do something he KNOWS is illegal (and this is not a hypothetical; the Roberts Court just let Trump deport migrants into Libyan slavery without due process if they want to, and nobody believes that's even remotely legal) the solution is simple - do not take up the case.
