@AnarchoNinaWrites there was an idea floated a while back that would require a bond paid to bring a suit to court. I see nothing to stop this from happening now. Not only do you have to have a lawyer, but they will be charging a cover as well.

SCOTUS is saying "even when Trump loses in lower courts because he's BLATANTLY BREAKING THE LAW judges can't block him from doing it to anyone who isn't also suing."
Do you understand what that means?
It means there is no fucking Constitution for you unless you can afford a lawyer who can sue the government.

Do not listen to these people; this is bad. This is the end of American courts being able to contain the government unless John Roberts says so. This is going to go so far beyond birthright citizenship it will make your head spin.
