I think I can admire Arch's simplicity. I can build the scaffolding for stuff myself, and learning what the distro does itself isn't complex and headbanging-against-the-desk hard compared to nix -

@stacksmash What I like of nix is being able to set stuff with some text and it's done. It requires more setting up on non-nix. -

@pettanko for me it wasn't that, i dont chase stuff that's hard. I just generally liked how big its repos are and the ease of configurability and how some things are easier to do on it. The issue is that a lot of other things become super hard to do, debug, or you (I) hit a brick wall related to something. -
