     more seriously i think the attempts to hinge, or present others as hinging, class on some specific amount of income instead of a structural relationship to capital and the conviction that others around you are always making more than you but trying to hide it in order to, i guess, usurp the considerable social capital of having to crowdfund your lunch, shows what we'd call a lack of class consciousness
