Still investigating what the reason for the recent image loading errors are, these are hosted at Hetzners block storage in Nuremberg. Might be my reverse proxy setup, or it happens when media cleanup schedule runs, need to talk with their support about these occurences lately. It should be detected as internal traffic between ieji and the block storage so it shouldn't cause as much issues. But it seemingly does.
