      @djsumdog These are the same quality arguments Poettering was making in systemd's mail list when the guys at Devuan showed that a systemd-less Debian was indeed possible and, after throwing "But you won't be able to run it without systemd next update!" a few times each time systemd gobbled some other critical component, he eventually resorted to doing libel against the Devuan community when he ran out of things to gobble up and was banned from contributing to the kernel

      Yeah, all of these cries of fascism which only seems to mean “you disagree with me on a subject that has nothing to do with the project”.

      This is a huge weakness in FOSS, IMO. Too many projects are being run by children who can’t play nice with others and just stick to the project at hand.
