     something I pressed on my sister when she was getting her first tattoo a month ago was What, Where, How big, and Why?, and we can take it even further by asking how old they are and how many they have
     
     Really does depend on culture and experience to get a feel for the type of person based on the tats and piercings, but you can read alot just based on the vibes

     @mischievoustomato @Chzikken_1486 @bronze here in the states we have certain tattoos that you can tell are a red flag, again it's a cultural thing, and there are varying degrees of red flags. Like disney characters are a big and obvious one. or political tattoos of any kind. scorpions, especially on latinas (las toxicas), geometric stuff, sleeves, generally trying to be badass, chest pieces, etc
     
     Obligatory, NAXALT not all x are like that, but you can tell a decent amount by what you can see on a woman
