Doing some research into the financial standing of my previous employer (the one I've been desperately trying to return to) and it seems like maybe they're not doing too hot right now. Apparently their new CEO has been in charge of like 11 different big companies that have filed for bankruptcy under him.
Unless something big happens to boost the economy (it won't, nothing EVER happens), I think it's a very real possibility that a lot of big corporate companies are going to go under in the next few years. I'm glad that corporations are going under, but corporations are the only ones who can afford to pay enough for most people to live off of. The hard times have only begun.
