   Got a NoReply email this morning from my last job, informing me that I do not have the qualifications they are looking for to do the job I was literally doing with top performance for well over a year, and as such they will be moving forward with other candidates instead.

     @Hyperhidrosis I don't even know if it was ATS or HR doing it. The email says you have to wait six months to apply again, which is really fucked if it is ATS, since A) it's a coinflip if ATS likes you or not and B) it can auto filter you if you re-apply too early and then it resets the clock

     Yeah I asked some friends to reach out to my supervisor, my manager, and even the GM in charge of the *entire building* and they all said they have no say in matters unless HR sets up an interview. All knees must bend for the psychopathic middle-aged cat lady careerist strivers.
