    Ukraine’s intel has exposed illegal Russian oil transfers near Greece. Since July 2024, tanker IMO 9247443 (uninsured) has acted as a floating hub for sanction-evading shipments.

    159 tankers and 55 captains linked to Russia’s “shadow fleet” are now listed on Ukraine’s War&Sanctions platform. Some vessels also conduct spy ops in the Baltic, monitoring EU naval infrastructure and undersea cables.
