Seemingly an unpopular opinion: Programs should quit displaying update popups in the middle of people's workflow. Send me a notification, fine, but for fucks sake don't interrupt my workflow just to tell me there's an update to your godforsaken program. Bonus points if you can't turn off this absolutely cursed nonsense, (edit) and more bonus points if you can't actually install the update from that popup. This brought to you by me who has seen this twice tonight.
