James M.Good No Kings turnout in Berkeley! It was on and around the wide pedestrian walkway over I-80, with lots of signs and banners. I'm bad at guessing crowd sizes, but it was easily thousands, and loud. There was a continuous medley of supportive honking from cars and 18-wheelers on the freeway (I have a short video but am having trouble posting it). This photo is only of the ramp up to the crossover, which was even more packed. I saw only a few police, and they were laughing and friendly and kept their distance.
