If Iran had a nuclear deterrent, there's no way that the United States or Israel would be threatening to attack Iran in the same way that if Iraq and Libya had nuclear weapons, the United States would not have gone to war against Iraq and Libya..”

     “I'm getting less confident about [making a deal with Iran]....Something happened to them....Maybe they don't want to make a deal. If they don't make a deal, they're not going to have a nuclear weapon. If they do make a deal, they're not going to have a nuclear weapon too. But you know they're not going to have a nuclear weapon so it's not going to matter....but it would be nicer to do it without warfare, without people dying”
