"x11 has problems" "show me the merge request" "here's my merge request" "I'm not merging that" - soberano, feld and nyanide :nyancat_rainbow::nyancat_body::nyancat_face: like this.

@mark yeah I think it is not actually a law despite what this says. however you could open yourself up to a lot of liability doing it but thats not a law -

@sun I'd actually like to see that law. I think it might be the one about "Don't use the home addresses of jurors or cops in their line of duty to intimidate," but I'm not quite sure.
I'm not pro-doxxing, but it'd be news to me if they made it illegal for us ordinary plebes.

@sun @mark federally, doxing is not in of itself illegal, though your intentions for doxing can make the act illegal.
Individual states do have anti-doxing laws though.Fish of Rage likes this. -

@sun This has been an endemic issue with the entirety of Red Hat's software and you could replace "x11" with "GNOME" or "GTK+" or "wayland" in that sentence and it would read exactly UND EXACTLY the same. There's probably examples for systemd and pulseaudio and polkit and dbus and udev that I'm not aware of. That's why the whole "mask off" thing is a joke to anyone paying attention for the last DECADES.
>oh my SOYENCE can you believe Red Hat would
