     It says video removed by uploader. Is it possible Newsome’s office just goofed?

     If it was Google, I want to be really sure about it before I start spreading it.

     Exactly. Or maybe they botched the audio — you said it cut off, and maybe they uploaded it that way.

     Not that I trust Google, but I’d want to hear from Newsom’s office that it wasn’t on their end before assuming.
