     Give it 24 hours at least. IIRC, QRZ also has a page that shows new hams/recent upgrades ...

     @tk That being said, the QRZ1 is a nice little radio! It's a simple one to set up and use, not a lot of bells and whistles, but everything you need to hit repeaters on 2m and 70cm (VHF/UHF) bands! I like it, I'm keeping it programmed in tandem w/my Yaesu FT-65R as a backup radio and it works fine with the Signal Stick I share between the two (using BNC adapter)

     I've...erm... already dropped both 😭😭😭 The battery hold slider on the QRZ still works after I found the tiny spring that fell out. The FT65R has some asphalt rash now.

     Little guys are slippery!

     @tk Typically no more than 24 hours. It seems to be done in a dump some time overnight, rather than being dynamic.

     I would allow at least a day or two.

     It happens that my visit to W1AW was ~24 hours after my FCC license was issued. I was unaware of the habit of some US operators relying on the fact that QRZ syncs the FCC database to verify call signs that they hear, so when one happened to enquire what my own call sign was, I gave the FCC one that was the basis of my operating at W1AW. Its absence from QRZ caused some confusion...
