   also related. But what I'd say is - the likely path is that CA is butthert that they are being made to look like fools, but I don't think taking this to court will do anything to dispel that impression.
   
   After 2020, I'd make sure I knew exactly how I could activate the NG for myself as president and make sure I had lawyers pull all the cases on the precedent.

     @sickburnbro The legislation authorizing it is like two sentences long. I don't think there's much case law because no governor has ever been dumb enough to challenge it. Won't stop an activist judge from issuing a TRO though. The Democrats are good at getting their cases in front of activist judges.
